A vaccine clinic is being offered on Saturday, June 18 from 8 am – 2 pm at the Mall of India located at 776 Illinois Rte 59 in Naperville.
• Fastest way to get vaccinated, appointments take under 10 minutes
• Please arrive at your scheduled time. Your dose will be reserved for your date and time
• Please bring your Driver's License/ State ID and all current insurance cards (Medical, Pharmacy, and/or Medicare).
• After your dose is given, you will be asked to remain seated in our post-vaccine waiting area for 15 minutes, as required by the CDC guidelines.
