COVID-19 Metrics and Mitigation Strategies
Note: Our full COVID-19 Dashboard/Information page is available here.
When making decisions regarding in-person learning, District 204 uses data from the DuPage County Health Department and Northwestern University's 7-day positivity rates for zip codes in our district (60490, 60502, 60504, 60540, 60563, 60564, 60565).
Every Monday, the District will:
- Review local positivity rates & new cases to determine transmission level.
- Communicate the transmission level to the community at this page.
If the transmission level changes (increases or decreases) for two consecutive Mondays, the district will change mitigation strategies appropriate to the new transmission levels the following week.
